I’m not quite sure why people get so excited seeing planes in aerial photography, but for those of you who can’t get enough, here are some views that were posted on the Virual Earth Weblog.

    It’s interesting because it’s ephemeral. Look at http://blog.russnelson.com/life/laguardia.html and you’ll see an airplane on the runway to the east. Of course, it’s practically cheating to find an airplane in an aerial photo OF AN AIRPORT.
