As in there are no licensing restriction to where and what i use it for.Its a question that has always bugged me.Are there an foreseeable disadvantges of using this API in terms of licensing and costs, seeing that they keep on tightening the noose on number of users.

As part of Google’s move to firm up revenue they are increasingly becoming more restrictive on the user limits (from 200, to 100, and now at 50).
